Xinxing Aquatic Products Processing Factory is founded in 1984 and is affiliated with Zhongshan Foodstuffs & Aquatic Imp. & Exp. Group Co., Ltd. It is one of the first aquatic processing factories that obtained the EU ratification and USA HACCP certificate.
The factory is located in Maoan Industrial District in Xiaolan Town, Zhongshan City, where aquatic resource is abundant and convenient. The factory covers 24000 square meters, among which 5000 square meters is for the processing workshop. The cold storage capacity is 1000 tons.
The layout of the factory complies with International Food Sanitation Standard, and The factory have set up the automatic production lines for fish fillets, raw shrimp, cooked shrimp and Tunnel I.Q. F. The annual production capacity is up to 15000 tons.
The factory continuously strengthens our quality management system and quality assurance system. Its products are strictly produced according to the HACCP Plan of Aquatic Products and requirements of EU. The factory obtains Aquatic Registration of EU, USA Aquatic HACCP Verification, ISO Quality System Certification, BAP Certificate and BRC Certificate. Besides, it also passes the verification of Darden and Wal-Mart.
The factory has high quality breeding base and equipped inspection center, establishes perfect traceability and monitoring system to rigidly trace and test from raw materials to finished products, in order to implement quality supervision from pond to desk, and ensure security and traceability of products.
The factory mainly produces frozen aquatic products, including tilapia, tilapia fillets, catfish fillets, shrimp etc. Its products are exported to USA, Canada, Mexico, Europe and Africa.
